Jason Reid

Jason Reid is an Executive Director, Financial Audit, responsible for financial statement audits of government ministries and a number of government entities focused primarily in the education and post secondary sector. He is also responsible for planning and overseeing financial management and control reviews, budgeting, planning future audit coverage levels and office resource allocation.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining the office he worked with two different international accounting firms for six years in total providing financial audit and financial and tax advisory services. In addition to his work with the office, he is a member of the Practice Review & Licensing Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
